Step 1: Phone Consultation
When you decide you are ready to take the first step in organizing your home, we will talk about what exactly you want and come up with a comprehensive plan for our home assessment. This is also a good time for you to ask any initial questions or express any concerns you may have. There is no charge for the phone consultation.
Step 2: Home Assessment
When you’re ready to move forward, we will come to your home for a full assessment where we can tour your home and collaborate on a plan that will make the design of your home more efficient for your lifestyle. During your home assessment we will address any questions or concerns about the process and pricing.
Step 3: Sessions
Then, when you decide that you are happy with our plan and vision that we have created for your space, we can set up the first organizing session. Depending on the size of your project, we may want to schedule several sessions together.
We understand you may have reservations about inviting someone into your home. Just remember, we are here to work with you and help you get organized, we are not here to judge you. We are here because we enjoy organizing and want to help others get organized. Our goal is for you to find peace and happiness in your home in order to see positive changes in all aspects of your life.
We enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel by phone 24 hours prior to our appointment, there will be no charge. If you do not give a 24 hour notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the hours we agreed on for that session.
